Most restorative cases involve one or two teeth and a straightforward plan. Occasionally a patient arrives with years of deferred care, multiple failing restorations and a bite that has shifted significantly, and the conversation becomes a full mouth plan rather than a single appointment.
Dr. Smith approaches both the same way. She identifies what is genuinely urgent and what can wait, gives you a written estimate for the full picture and then works through it in whatever sequence makes clinical and financial sense for your situation. Full mouth rehabilitation does not have to happen all at once. Most patients phase it over months or years, using their annual insurance maximum efficiently and spreading the cost in a way that is manageable.
What she will not do is present a sweeping treatment plan on a first visit without showing you the evidence behind each item. Every recommendation has an X-ray, a clinical finding, or a measurement behind it, and she shows you that rather than asking you to take her word for it.
